Guided Tour - Chalet 34 m²

Today, I'm giving you a guided tour in one of our chalets, the biggest we've got: 34 m², 3 bedrooms and sleeps up to 6 persons. In July and August our chalets are hired out from Sunday to Sunday and are often chosen because you get less traffic on these days (as opposed to Saturdays) and for their covered terrace, our site offering little shade.

For lack of Summer photos and today being a particularly grey day in Aveyron, I've mainly used our 360° images for this particular tour. You can check out the entire campsite by clicking here. At the bottom, click on "Accommodation chalet : Terrace" to see the exact same photos as in this blog article.

Exterior

We start outside on the approximately 150 m² pitch, which leaves in 90% of the cases a few square metres to settle on grass, in addition to the 12 m² terrace of the chalet and its furniture (1 table, 6 chairs and 2 sunbeds)

Interior

Inside the tour will start on the left and turning clockwise. From the entrance you get a pretty clear view of the different spaces.

The 3 bedrooms

On the photo below, you'll start by seeing 2 bedrooms. On the left a room with bunk beds (behind the sliding door) and next to this a room with double bed. Opposite this rooms is a third bedroom with again a double bed. The beds being attached, there is no possibility to move them. Young families will have to put the baby's cot in the living room. However, whereas it might not be visible on the photos, all three of the bedrooms do have storage.

The matresses are covered by both a fabric and paper mattress protector. Pillow, pillowcases and blankets are provided for a maximum of 4 beds and 6 persons.

The living room

Thanks to the bay windows and the windows opposite, the chalet is well illuminated during the day. It is furnished with a table, 2 benches and 2 chairs.

The kitchen

The chalet has an open kitchen and the kitchen island offers additional storage. Tablewear and kitchen ustensiles are avaible for the maximum number of persons in the chalet (which is 6, just to remind you). You'll find a complete inventory by clicking here. There's a fridge (85 L) with small freezer, micro wave (defrost and heating options only), coffee machine (with filters, no pads) and water heater for making tea.

The sanitary

In this particular type of chalet the shower room and restroom are separated. On the photo below I indicated with arrows the two sliding doors behind which you can find both. Unfortunately, I do not have any visuals at present of the shower room. It has a shower cabin and a single sink with a mirror above. There's a small tinted window, which enables to have day light coming in and ventilate after a shower, but keeps your privacy.

This is the end of the photo guided tour of our biggest Chalet (3 bedrooms - sleeps 6), which we hire out from Sunday to Sunday. We have a total of 3 different types of chalets going from 1 bedroom to 3.

If you'd rather arrive on a Saturday, we also hire out 4 types of what we call mobil-homes (from 2 to 3 bedrooms). If you want me to give you a guided tour in one of those, don't hesitate to make a request in comment.

For now, you can find all our accommodation details on www.lecaussanel.com.
